The Who

It’s been a long week. It's Friday and I've been at work all day. I’m working tomorrow morning, I'm knackered, and now I’m on a packed rush hour train to Yoko-fucking-hama. We are on our way to see The Who. It was Beast’s idea. I’ve never been a fan of The Who. I rub my eyes and stifle a yawn. Beast casts me a guilty glance, “Sorry for dragging you all the way out here”. I look up at him and reply, “Hmmm, well, I won’t get fooled again.”

You took your laptop to a Who concert!!! Are you nuts?

Anyway, I know you've been a closet Who fan for years and used to sleep with your old vinyls under your pillow and a picture of Roger on your wall.

I'm off to see Stephen K Amos tonight with Stumpy - check him out on youtube. Certainly a bit more civilised than the bleedin' WHO

It's only half of the Who you see these days, but that's always better than none. I still like the band, though mr. Townsend doesn't make it easy to like them. But I'm Finnish, so I have no bloody idea what's cool and what's not. Unless we talk about out-door temperature.

Che, that was literary use present tense to imbue the text with a sense of immediacy and dramatic tension. Honestly.

Liisa, you are painfully cool.
